Trimley Station on a Bright September Afternoon

The lovely floral displays at Trimley station on 25 September 2025

This lovely display of colour at Trimley station is thanks to the volunteer station adopter team of Tom and his son John; they’ve been taking care of the station flower tubs and garden for more than ten years.

There’s no water source at the station for the platform flower tubs; Tom brings water from home and fills up a barrel at the station for whenever there is a dry spell of which there were several during the summer.
