

About Katch
Katch is a bookable bus service and connects the East Suffolk Line at Wickham Market rail station with these locations:
- Framlingham including Framlingham Castle
- Parham
- Hacheston
- Easton including Easton Farm Park
- Wickham Market
- Rendlesham
- Tunstall
- Blaxhall
- Snape including Snape maltings.
The service runs Monday to Saturday and Bank Holidays. Katch serves fixed green-flagged stops along the route including the popular destinations of Framlingham Castle, Easton Farm Park and Snape Maltings. Fares are in line with a bus service; there are discounts for Endeavour Card holders and Katch accepts Concessionary passes. The service also operates a loyalty card scheme to earn free journeys; book 6 journeys and your 7th is free.
Non-Bookable Timetabled Service
There are two timetabled services a day Monday to Friday where you don’t need to book. One operates westbound in the morning; the other operates eastbound in the afternoon. Details are available on the Katch website.

How to Book / Booking Hours
The service can be booked up to two weeks in advance to as little as an hour before you want to travel. Book by phone on 01728 635 939. Booking hours are 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday and 9:00 to 12:30 on Saturday.
How to Pay
Pay using contactless card or cash when you board.
Dogs on Katch
Accompanied dogs travel free but Katch needs to know your four-legged friend will be travelling with you when you make the booking.
Vehicle Details
The mini-bus can accommodate one wheelchair (requires anchors) plus eleven passengers. Due to the configuration of the vehicle it’s not possible to carry non-folding bikes on Katch.
Katch is operated by CATS – Coastal Accessible Transport Service. The service is funded by Suffolk County Council with in-kind support from East Suffolk Council and the East Suffolk Lines Community Rail Partnership.
