Guided Walks

We hold FREE station-to-station Guided Walks throughout the year. Your dog is welcome too and they travel free on the train.

Next Free Guided Walks

Our most recent guided walk was 25 April. Sixteen people and two four-legged friends made the 7.5 mile trek from Wickham Market station to Framlingham, returning on their leisure via the Katch bookable bus. The walk included the former stations at Marlesford, Parham, and Framlingham, wonderful Moat Hall and a picnic lunch at Parham churchyard.

May

Wednesday 22 May – 10.35am – Trimley station to Felixstowe station via the Deben and Coast – 8 miles – with the Suffolk Walking Festival as part of Community Rail Week. Note: like our other walks, this walk is free, but unlike our other walks which are ‘no need to book – just show up,’ this walk must be booked in advance. We’ve been able to offer additional places; please check the Suffolk Walking Festival website for availability.
