Lowestoft Cycle Park

Lowestoft Station cycle park

A brand new dedicated space to park your bicycle has opened at Lowestoft rail station. The new cycle park has space for several dozen bikes. It’s situated on the main station concourse conveniently located next to the platform. The compound offers secure storage for cyclists in that bikes are fully enclosed and the enclosure can only be accessed using a key fob. All that is required is a one-time refundable deposit of £25. For more information stop by the ticket office.

The new cycle park at Lowestoft is the second one to open on the East Suffolk Lines. The other is located at Ipswich station.

Dedicated cycle parks are at or will also available at the following stations across East Anglia: Billericay, Bishop’s Stortford, Broxbourne, Chingford, Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester, Gidea Park, Hackney Downs, Harlow Town, Harold Wood, Kelvedon, Manningtree, Romford, Southend Victoria, Waltham Cross and Wickford.

Along the Abellio Greater Anglia network there are now more than 6,000 spaces for cyclists including the secure cycle parks listed above, cycle stands, and cycle lockers. Cycle parking facilities are available at all East Suffolk Lines stations.
