As part of its programme of station improvements along the East Suffolk Lines train operator Greater Anglia recently installed a realtime information screen at Oulton Broad South station.

The new combination unit not only provides realtime train running information but also houses the station Help Point; this gives passengers immediate access to a live person at National Rail Enquiries. The Help Point can also be used in the event of an emergency. It is equipped with an induction loop for the hard of hearing.
