The new link provides a one-ticket one-fare integrated rail and bus ticket to and from Southwold via Halesworth rail station. The joined up service, which has been available since 19 May, allows passengers to buy one ticket for that is good on both Greater Anglia train services and the direct Southwold-to-Halesworth 88A bus service from Anglian Bus.

Anglian’s No. 88A bus runs hourly between Southwold and Halesworth station making for quick connections with Greater Anglia’s hourly train service. The Anglian bus shelter is adjacent to the southbound platorm at the railway station which provides a seamless link. The add-on is just £2 one way or £4 return. One ticket, one fare.
